Storyboards 3: Microsoft Teams

As part of the project management module during my Bachelors degree at City, University of London, we had to identify a solution for the scenario mentioned below.

Scenario

A client from London has called regarding an issue in the terms and conditions of a contract. The client has realised the terms and conditions have been changed, and would like to know the difference. The MC Accountants employees creates a new communication channel in Microsoft Teams and adds the client as a guest into the communication channel using the clients email address. The employee uses the dynamic search to find the terms and conditions document and then lefts clicks on the file to access version history functionality. After downloading the previous version of the file, the employee shares the file with the client in the new communication channel created.
